Two of my most important rules are: do good work & do work for good. That's what I'm doing now. I'm setting aside some time each week and hiring myself and my skills out for free to charities and to other good causes.
If you fit that bracket and you want me to come and help you out one week, drop me a line (direct mail link or my contact page) and I'll stop by.
What can I do for you?
I can do a whole bunch but here are a few examples of things I can do for you:
- Writing stuff for your website
- Help with your marketing materials
- Help with your WordPress site
- Basic web design
- Some consultancy on ways to get people involved in your activities
- Something else maybe?
Will you do my cleaning?
Nice try — but no. I'll only do things related to what I do professionally now.
I'm not a charity but will you help me out?
Maybe — best thing to do is e-mail me (click here). I'll see what I can do. If I'm unable to work for free, I'm sure we can sort something out.
Who are you?
I'm Marc Thomas. A magazine journalist & publisher. Writing about design and culture, predominantly. You can find me on Twitter [@iammarcthomas] or on my website.
Want to hire me to work on a paid project?
Sure thing! I'd love to hear from you. Give me a shout on my e-mail.
