Naive. Super — Erlend Loe

On the same trip to Waterstone’s where I picked up Americana I got this little book. Naive. Super is a novella about a guy who kind of loses his way. He ends up housesitting for his brother where he keeps counsel with a book written by a physicist about how time changes depending on gravitational pull. The physicist’s book gets him all worked up and he calms down using a wooden peg hammer (I think I am remembering that correctly). The book’s got a lot of great sections and neat character development.
